Starting this month, the regular Thursday classes are returning to Ixworth Hall in Ixworth Place Chelsea (opposite MyHotel Chelsea, through the Samuel Lewis gates). The full timetable is as follows:

• Group Classes:
• Thursdays @ Ixworth Hall, Ixworth place, SW3 3QG

• 7.30-8.30pm £6 (plus £2 entry to Dance Attic)

• Milongas:
• Shusheta on Friday 14th October after the 7.30 class @ Dance Attic from 8.30-10.00pm
• New Milonga! More details to follow, on Saturday 19th November @ St. Luke’s Hall, St. Luke’s Street, SW3 3RP : Class 6.00-7.00pm followed by milonga from 7.00-10.00pm

Many thanks to all who came to our classes, concert/show & milonga during last Sunday’s Tango Gala @ The Polish Club Ballroom. It was a wonderful occasion which we hope to repeat in the New Year!

We will have a wonderful retail section, with the most stunning tango shoes by Balanceo available from 1pm until closing time, as well as beautiful tango fashion designs by both Libertas Atelier and London Tango Boutique on show to buy from 5pm onwards!

Don’t forget there are classes for Beginners, Improvers, Womens’ Technique and Intermediate/Advanced as well as a Concert/Show and of course the Milonga from 7.00-10.30pm featuring the talented Argentine singer Corina Piatti.

We are delighted to announce that Corina Piatti, the Argentine singer/songwriter and guitarist will be performing during our milonga on 25th September from 7.00-10.30pm. Milonga tickets can be purchased in advance via Eventbrite with a20% discount for a  limited time here

Not to be missed is our retail section. This will be open from 5pm onwards, offering a range of shoes by Balanceo and tango clothes by The London Tango Boutique.

In the morning, we will have Beginners and Improvers Classes from 12.00-1.30pm and this will be followed by a free video screening which takes place from 2.30-3.30pm.

Tango Concert: There will be a tango concert from 3.45-4.45pm by renowned pianist/flautist Mauro Uselli and saxophonist Vincenzo Muro. They will be accompanied by tango dancers Jane Solomon and Winston Veerender.

Afternoon Classes: There will be a Women’s Technique class from 5.00-6.00pm followed by the Intermediate/Advanced class from 6.00-7.00pm.

Save the date in your diary! There will be an all-day and evening celebration of Tango in the beautiful surroundings of The Polish Club Ballroom in South Kensington on Sunday 25th September.

From 12.00pm-10.30pm, there will be classes, a concert and performance, tango video screening, milonga and shopping.
