Ocho Practice Video

Following on from the adornments we practised at the end of yesterday’s class on Zoom, I have put together a short video showing some of the embellishments covered and a couple of new ones.

 

Tips for practice:

  • Keep your shoulders facing the wall as much as possible when pivoting
  • Feel the spine lengthen to help with dissociation from the hips
  • Collect tightly in ankles and knees as applicable depending on the adornment
  • Make sure pivoting is done on the ball of one foot only
